Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account in the Lomraxe app or accessing the website lomraxe.com, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
  • You use Lomraxe for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
  • You have not been blocked from similar platforms for violating the rules.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Treat other users with respect and dignity.
  • Use only your real photos (no deepfakes, no stolen photos).
  • Not create fake profiles or multiple accounts.
  • Not use Lomraxe for commercial, marketing, or employment purposes.

4. Prohibited Content

It is strictly prohibited:

  • Explicit sexual content, nudity, or pornography.
  • Any content involving minors.
  • Hate speech, racism, homophobia, and sexism.
  • Harassment, threats, bullying, and stalking.
  • Violent or gory content or glorifying self-harm.
  • Requests for money, financial fraud, or phishing.
  • Spam, suspicious links, and promotion of other services.
  • Sharing third-party personal information without permission.
  • Drugs, weapons, and illegal activities.

5. Profile Verification

We reserve the right to manually review photos and documents submitted for verification. Verified profiles get a badge. Suspicious profiles may be suspended without prior notice.

6. Plus Subscription

Payment within the Android app: Exclusively via Google Play Billing, according to Google Play policies.

Subscription Benefits: Linked to your Lomraxe account and work on all devices.

Renewal: Subscriptions purchased via Google Play follow the automatic renewal cycle configured in Google Play.

Refund: Refunds for purchases via Google Play (Android) are processed by Google Play according to Google policies. You can request a refund from Google Play.

Plus Benefits: Unlimited likes, See who liked you, Rewind, 5 Lomraxe Stars per month, No ads.

7. Account Suspension and Deletion

We may suspend or delete your account without prior notice in case of:

  • Violation of these terms.
  • Receiving multiple documented reports.
  • Using the account for illegal activities.
  • Attempting to defraud or harm other users.

You can delete your account at any time from: Profile -> Settings -> Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

8. Intellectual Property

The name Lomraxe, logo, design, and source code are the exclusive property of Lomraxe. You retain all rights to the photos and texts you post, but you grant Lomraxe a limited license to display them within the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lomraxe is a service for connecting people. We are not responsible for:

  • Behavior of other users outside the app.
  • Personal meetings. We always advise caution.
  • False information provided by users.
  • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure.

10. Safety and Reporting

Use the "Report" and "Block" buttons to report inappropriate behavior. In emergencies, contact local authorities.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reported by email or in-app notice at least 7 days in advance.

12. Jurisdiction

These terms are subject to the laws of Brazil. Jurisdiction: São Paulo/SP.
